Biography: Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Ashlee Garriton, a 20-year-old Pop vocalist, is singing her way into the hearts of music lovers. Garriton, a true beauty who now resides in (at) Manalapan, New Jersey, showed a distinct musical talent at a very early age. She began by performing at local events and recording cover tunes. Ashlee was introduced to Carl Carr, of CeL Entertainment in early 2004. Carl was so impressed with her singing ability and presence that he offered to team up with her. They immediately began working on her first original, solo project, giving her the chance to express herself vocally, as well as lyrically, co-writing a number of tracks. After graduation from St. John Vianney High School in 2003, Garriton went on to attend a community college to further her education, aside from her busy schedule. Ashlee is fully committed to launching her singing career and, during her off-time, enjoys dancing, movies, and spending time with her friends and family. Ashlee hopes to follow in the footsteps of her music idol, Mariah Carey. Garritons debut album titled Poison is expected to be released in Fall of 2005, with a unique style, powerful vocals and contagious melodies you will definitely catch yourself singing at by end of the day.
